Digital Verdure is written by Alex Patriquin, a marketer, entrepreneur and energy efficiency advocate. Prior to founding his latest company, he worked for Compete.com, a digital marketing intelligence platform, as a market researcher for leading search and online media companies. His work at Compete was widely cited in media publications like the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Wired.
Alex has also worked for SeachForce, a search marketing technology startup, based in Silicon Valley, and at State Street Global Advisors, a leading asset management firm. Prior to entering the business world, Alex was an organizer and campaigner with the U.S. Public Interest Research Group and Greenpeace, International.
Alex has an M.B.A. in marketing and entrepreneurship from The Johnson School at Cornell University and a B.A. in English Literature from The George Washington University. He lives in Cambridge, MA and tweets @DigitalVerdure.
